My husband has to deal with the "dough heads" that think they can get a buck by getting mad, stupid or irate! He manages a team in a Telecommunication Company. You would be amazed at the kind of people out there, then again, maybe you wouldn't ! lol No, the Customer is definitely NOT always right!
