		<description>Oh I never purchase this sort of thing in a store, unless it&#039;s something I&#039;m picking up quickly &amp; wouldn&#039;t need a sales person for it.  Easier &amp; more reliable to do the research yourself, even if you don&#039;t know more than the Circuit City employee.  haha.  You will with just a bit of on-line research in my experience!

You forgot to mention though, the ones who don&#039;t really know all that much, but love the non-savvy people revering them as knowledgeable all day long...  so when they come in contact with someone who knows as much or more than them, they become weird, almost competitive - which doesn&#039;t make sense when it&#039;s a customer.
I used to have a friend who called it the &quot;I&#039;m the Manager of Burger King Syndrome&quot;.</description>
