		<description>Oh I never purchase this sort of thing in a store, unless it's something I'm picking up quickly &#38; wouldn't need a sales person for it.  Easier &#38; more reliable to do the research yourself, even if you don't know more than the Circuit City employee.  haha.  You will with just a bit of on-line research in my experience!

You forgot to mention though, the ones who don't really know all that much, but love the non-savvy people revering them as knowledgeable all day long...  so when they come in contact with someone who knows as much or more than them, they become weird, almost competitive - which doesn't make sense when it's a customer.
I used to have a friend who called it the "I'm the Manager of Burger King Syndrome".</description>
