I mean unless youre the old man whos driving down the street with his turn signal on for 4 miles. I also agree that people when people actually DO use those signals, they use them at the wrong times. The proper order is 1. Signal, 2. Brake, 3. Turn. The worst offenders are the people who cut you off to get into the left turning lane and THEN put on their turn signal after coming to a complete stop! Too little, too late, ya know?
