		<description>That is so funny! Just this week we had a car in the parking lot at work have its alarm go off.  It kept it up incessantly, taking a break periodically and starting back up again. We are in an office park and it was an unfamiliar car, so we figured it belonged to another building/tenant. Later we discovered it was a guy visiting our office that was oblivious to  the fact that it was his car.

Isn't that the problem. We are so used to alarms going off that we hardly even give them a look anymore. The electronic version of crying wolf. Defeats the purpose of having the alarm in the first place!</description>
