		<description>I wish I had a recent birthing to blame some of my workout body aches &#038; pains on.  Mine come from inconsistency and not having the abilities of days gone by :)  I am trying hard to increase my workout intensity without killing myself along the way.  Glad to hear you are hitting it hard and sticking with it.  Good luck!</description>
