I find this a lot in retail.
A lot of customers ask where the warranty is in regard to their purchase...& we explain the warranty papers are all in the box. Does anyone ever read them? A lot of small appliances are a repair or replacement warranty. VERY few are refundable yet we are constantly abused by those who don't either bother to read the warranty cards or understand them. Trying to make them understand these warranty conditions are not set out by the store but by the manufacturer is very hard.
And then yes the ones who return an item because " I just dont like it" , swear blind they havnt removed it from the box or used it only to find bits of fruit stuck on the blades of the blender!

You sure need the Patience of Jobe as my mother would say!
